  • CEO and Chairman of the Board: LifeWatch Corp. | Yacov Geva
    Dr. Yacov Geva is a co-founder of Card Guard, which acquired LifeWatch, Inc. in 2000, and Instromedix, in 2001. Prior to Card Guard, Mr. Geva served as a Chief Mechanical Engineer with Vishay Israel, a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology, USA, from 1979-1989. From 1976 -1979 Mr.Geva was employed by the Koor Industries Group as a special projects manager for electronic communication projects. Mr. Geva is a graduate of the Technion-Israeli Institute of Technology, holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical and Nuclear engineering. and is a doctor of business administration by the International School of Management, Paris.
  • Director of Sales, Sleep | Amy Halstead

    Amy Halstead joined LifeWatch in January, 2011. She brings over 20 years of sales, sales training, marketing, and sales management expertise in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic testing industries. She has helped many companies' start-up sales forces create proper sales alignments, lead marketing, training and operational efforts, and built business models to support the overall sales and marketing strategies.  Ms. Halstead comes to LifeWatch from the diagnostic home sleep service market and was appointed  to lead the Home Sleep sales organization.  She holds a B.S. in Management from Penn State University and a M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

  • NiteWatch Clinical Manager | Kathleen Keating

    Ms. Keating joined NiteWatch as Clinical Manager in August of 2009. She brings over 30 years experience in the field of Respiratory Care, having served in many senior clinical positions at Walgreens, within their Home Care division. Prior to Walgreens she was employed as a Regional Respiratory Manager at Apria Health Care. Her clinical and managerial proficiency in developing and implementing Home Respiratory Programs and Services will be a valuable asset for NiteWatch. Ms. Keating holds a degree in Respiratory Therapy from the California College for Health Sciences, and is a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care.
