How it Works

Your doctor has ordered a NiteWatch sleep monitoring device to be worn for the next few nights while you sleep. The device will be applied immediately before you go to sleep at night and each morning, you will remove the device. You will reapply the device at bedtime every night for the number of days your doctor has prescribed.

The information from this monitoring system will help your physician determine whether you are experiencing pauses in breathing during sleep, also known as sleep apnea. This condition can have serious effects on your health if it is left untreated. The information in this instruction guide is presented in a simple, step by step manner to assure that you are applying the device correctly. Most people find it easy to set up the monitoring system by following the instructions while viewing the pictures. We recommend you read through the Patient Instruction Manual prior to applying the device to familiarize yourself with the procedure.

During your test, a NiteWatch technician will call every evening to assist you in setting up the system. Remember, if you have any questions during this process, you can call for assistance by calling a NiteWatch Technician at any time at 1.877.246.6483.
