Your physician has prescribed a home sleep study for diagnosing Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The NiteWatch home sleep testing service provides:

• Portable and easy to use testing equipment
  
  
• Three days of sleep evaluation
  
  
• Data scoring by a licensed sleep technologist
  
  
• Interpretation, summary of results, and treatment recommendations by a certified sleep
      physician

What to expect from NiteWatch

• NiteWatch will verify your health benefit coverage with your insurance company and inform you
      of the benefits.
  
  
• NiteWatch will contact you to arrange delivery of the system
  
  
• NiteWatch will ship the home sleep test system in a FedEx package that contains everything   
      you will need for the monitoring session.
  
  
• A NiteWatch representative will call you each night during your testing to help you apply the
      system and answer any questions related to the test.
  
  
• When the home sleep test is complete, please return the entire NiteWatch kit in the self-
      addressed and pre-paid mailer provided.
  
  
• A licensed Sleep Technologist will score your measurements recorded on the device.
  
  
• A Board Certified Sleep Physician interprets and evaluates the test results and sends a
      summary of the findings and treatment recommendations to your physician.
